The SEO Libraries App can only be run on the following mobile platforms and versions:
My Account Features
Holds functionality
- Place holds on available items
- Remove holds
- Suspend holds
- Change pickup locations on qualifying holds
- View and manage digital holds
Checkouts functionality
- View and renew checkouts
- View and manage digital checkouts
- View checkout history if enabled at your library
User submitted feedback on app functionality
- My Account information cannot be edited at this time including User PIN.
- Publication date does not display in search results.
- Pickup library selection displays all 200+ SEO Member locations. User must select their preferred pickup location the first time and then it is saved for future holds.
- ISBN Barcode Scanner only scans books. DVDs do not have an ISBN and therefore cannot be scanned with this feature.
