Some non-SEO member libraries pay SEO to borrow materials from the consortium. Items requested by these libraries need to be checked out to the borrowing library BEFORE you send the item. Examples include Archbold Community Library, Athens Public Library, and Paulding County.
When holds are trapped for these libraries they will have a pickup location of ILLCKOSEND.
When you see this location on a transit slip, the item will need to be checked out to the library before sending through Priority Dispatch. The library User ID will be printed on the slip to bring up the library account.
