Running the Hold Shelf Phone List Report
To get a printed list of users who prefer to be notified by phone of available holds, you will run the Hold Shelf Phone List. This report captures only those items placed on the hold shelf on the day you run the report. We recommend running this report after processing incoming cargo and again before closing.
- Open the Template Reports Module.
- Click on the Schedule New ReportsWizard.

- The Session Defaults Window will open. If your printing path is already set up, uncheck Review Settings Each Session so it does not open next time. Click OK.
- The Schedule New Reports: Display Template Reports window will open.
- Click on HOLDSHELF_PHONELIST.
Note: Please do not change any settings in the report template; it is pre-configured and ready to run.
- Click Setup & Schedule.

- The report template will open. Click Run Now.
- When the confirmation window opens, click Display Finished Reports. (You can also access this later via the Finished Reports Wizard).

- The Display Finished Reports window will open. If your report is not listed, click the Refresh Report Listhelper.

- When the report appears, click on the report name and click View.

- In the next window, uncheck View Log and click OK.

- The HOLDSHELF_PHONELIST will display in your default web browser. Print the list as needed.
- After printing, you may remove the report from the Finished Reports Wizard. Do NOT remove it from the Schedule New Reports Wizard.
