To get a printed list of users who prefer to be notified by phone of available holds, you will run the Hold Shelf Phone List. This report template is set up to capture only those items placed on the hold shelf on the day you run your report. We recommend that you run this report after you have processed your incoming cargo and maybe again, later in the day before closing.
- Open the Template Reports Module.
- Click on the Schedule New Reports Wizard.
- The Session Defaults Window will open and since we know our printing path is already set up, you can uncheck the box Review Settings Each Session. It should not open the next time you open the Schedule New Reports Wizard. Go ahead and click OK.
- The Schedule New Reports : Display Template Reports window will open.
- Click on the HOLDSHELF_PHONELIST. This template was created by SirsiDynix and SEO. Please do not change anything in the report template. It is set up and ready for you to run.
- Click Setup & Schedule.
- The report template will now open.
- Click Run Now.
- The window shown below will open. Click Display Finished Reports. You can also access the Finished Reports by opening the Finished Reports Wizard.
- The Schedule New Reports : Display Finished Reports window will open. If your report is not listed, you can refresh the window by clicking on the Refresh Report List Helper. You can also click on the Display Report Schedule Status Helper to see what reports may be running.
- When your report appears, click on the report name and click View.
- The following window will appear. Uncheck View Log. (the view log provides information about the report log, such as how many items were considered and actually selected)
- Click OK.
- Since this particular report is using a style sheet (phlist.xsl), your HOLDSHELF_PHONELIST will display in your default browser (e.g. Internet Explorer).
- Print your list.
- The next time you open the Finished Reports Wizard, you can click on the previously run HOLDSHELF_PHONELIST report and click Remove. Please do NOT remove them from the Schedule New Reports Wizard.
