New Install Guide

PRE-INSTALL NOTES: READ BEFORE INSTALLING THE CLIENT

• WorkFlows must be installed as the Administrator

New Installation

Click the following link to download the Symphony client and choose Save if prompted:

• Symphony WorkFlows 4.1.0

    Once downloaded, right-click and choose Run as administrator.

2. You will be prompted whether or not you want to allow the app to make changes on your computer.  Choose Yes.
3. Next you will be asked to either Install a new instance or Maintain or upgrade an existing instance.  Choose Install a new instance and click Next.
4. The WorkFlows upgrade installation will begin.  Follow each step and choose next until the InstallShield Wizard Completes
5. Click Finish and WorkFlows will launch.
6. Once the WorkFlows configuration window is launched, click Cancel and re-launch as the non-admin user.

7. Once you re-launch WorkFlows, you may now login using your library's User ID: and PIN.
8. To verify you have upgraded WorkFlows successfully, please go to Help > About and verify the version is 4.1.0.xxx
