Printing

Printing from the Item Group Editor (IGE)

There are three ways to print your item information: from an active Item List, from a saved Group, or by exporting to Excel.


Method 1: Printing from an Active Item List

  1. From the TECH Toolbar, click on the Item Group Editor wizard.

  2. Create your list of items:
    • Single Option: Scanned items appear in the list automatically.
    • Advanced Option: Use Add Selected or Add All to move items into the Item List.

  4. Once items are in the list, the Print helper will become active. Click it.

  5. In the print preview box, click the printer icon.

  6. Select your printer and click OK.

Method 2: Printing from a Saved Group

  1. Click on the Item/Group Search Helper (magnifying glass icon).

  2. Enter the Group ID and select your Library, then click Search.
  3. Highlight the group you want to print and click Manage Group.

  4. Click the Print Helper and follow the standard print prompts as described in Method 1.

Method 3: Copying and Printing from Excel

  1. Highlight the first title in your Item List.
  2. Press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all titles.
  3. Press Ctrl + C to copy the list.
  4. Open a new Excel spreadsheet and press Ctrl + V to paste the list.
  5. The list can now be formatted and printed directly from Excel.
