The Response truncated error is related to the max response size defined in the WorkFlows client itself.
Normally, the default setting is appropriate, but not always.
We suggest increase this max response size to the max of 5 million.
Here are the steps to follow for increasing this max response size:
- Click Preference > Desktop > Desktop Setup
- Click the gadget beside the Max response size field and increase this value to 5000000 as shown in the picture below
- Click OK and retry these staff accounts.
