Updating Your Library Calendar

Updating the Library Calendar and Closed Dates

Requirement: Your library calendar can only be updated using a MANAGER login.

  1. After logging into WorkFlows, click on the LIBRARY ADMIN toolbar.
  2. Click on the Library Calendar wizard.

  3. Click on the Closed Dates gadget (the calendar icon) to open the date management window.

  4. Use the arrow at the top of the Closed From side of the calendar to navigate to the desired month.

  5. For single-day closures: Click the specific date on the Closed From side and ensure the same date is selected on the Until side. Click Add.

  6. For multi-day closures: Select the first day of the closure on the Closed From side and the final day on the Until side. Click Add.

  7. Once you have finished adding all dates, click OK.

  8. Crucial Step: Click the Save button on the main Library Calendar screen to apply the changes.

Managing the Closed Dates List

Modifying Dates: You can edit existing entries by selecting the date in the list, making your changes, and clicking Update. Always remember to click OK and then Save on the main screen.
List Limits: WorkFlows allows a maximum of 64 closed dates. To make room for new dates, select an old or expired entry and click Remove.
