Restoring an Archived Group

Restoring Archived Items to Original Settings

To restore items within a saved group to the settings they had before an archived edit was performed, follow the steps below.

  1. From the TECH Toolbar, within the Tech or Manager login, click on the Item Group Editor wizard.

  2. Click on the Item/Group Search Helper (the magnifying glass icon).

  3. In the Group ID field, enter the group name or the start of the name.

  4. In the Library field, use the dropdown to choose your library, then click Search.

  5. Open the Group:
    • If multiple groups appear, select the correct one and click Manage Group.
    • If only one group is found, it will open automatically; click Manage Group.

  7. Click on Restore Items.

  8. A confirmation box will appear. Click Yes to restore the items back to their original settings.

  9. A notification will confirm that the items have been restored. Click Close.

  10. If the group is no longer needed, you may click Remove Group to delete the saved list.
