  2. Enter Measurement Units in either inches or centimeters.
  3. Configure Paper Size (e.g., "Letter" for standard sheets).

Step B: Label Set Tab

  1. Select the Label Set tab.
  2. Measure and enter the Dimensions (Width and Height) of the entire label set.
  3. Enter the Number of label sets across and down on the sheet.

  • On the Label tab, enter the Positions of the label in relation to the set.
  • Enter the Dimensions and Text Margins for the individual label.
  • Click the Font... button to select the font name and size.

Configuring Call Number Elements

  • To configure the elements, select the correct line and choose Call/Copy for the Type and Call Number for the Value.
  • For call numbers requiring multiple lines, update the Maximum number of lines box (e.g., to 8).
  • Click the Configure... button to set up call number breaks (e.g., after initial alpha characters or after a space).
  • Use the Sample to Test box to preview the results.

5. Saving the Template

  • Review the Label Set Preview window to ensure the layout is accurate.
  • Click the Save button to retain the label template.
