- Select the title and click Create Control at the bottom of the screen.

- In the dialog box, select Display Control.

- Highlight the SEO Control and select Duplicate Control.

- In the dialog box, update the codes to your specific Library Code and Holding Code, then click OK.

- Basic Tab Settings:Verify the following:
- Basic call number = MAG
- Class scheme = DEWEYPER
- Status = ACTIVE

- Patterns Tab Settings:Verify the following:
- Chronology Type = NUMERATION
- Allow automatic prediction of issues = UNCHECKED

- Select Create Control.
Note: If you receive multiple copies of the same magazine, proceed to the "Multiple Copies" section below before finishing.
Handling Multiple Copies or Branch Subscriptions
If your library subscribes to multiple copies or processes magazines for multiple branches, follow these additional steps within the Control Record.
- From the Subscription Tab, update the Copies to receive field to match your total number of subscriptions.

- Click the Distribution Tab and select the Create Distribution Helper.

- For each additional location, update the Holding code and Copies expected, then select Create Distribution. Repeat this for all locations.
