Patron Barcode History

How to remove the history of previous patrons barcodes in a Kiosk computer.

The history of previous barcode numbers; that is a browser preference. Depending on what browser you are using for your PAC terminals, you can simply erase those passwords. For Internet Explorer these passwords are part of the AutoComplete feature.

Procedure to remove these:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options
3. Choose the Content tab
4. Click the AutoComplete button
5. Untick User names and passwords on forms and click OK to stop Internet Explorer from remembering your passwords
