Library staff may choose to upgrade Monday morning (February 19th) when normally connecting to the system. You may experience some delays with the upgrade process depending on how many locations select this option, as the updated client will be installed upon login to Symphony Workflows.
PRE-INSTALL NOTES: READ BEFORE INSTALLING THE CLIENT

Option #2 Upgrade Procedure - WorkFlows Automatic Upgrade
- Right-click on the WorkFlows icon and Run as administrator:
- Login as you normally would and you will be prompted to Update staff client. Choose Yes
- WorkFlows will now download (download time will vary). Once downloaded, choose Install Now
- Choose Next through the installation
- Once the installation process completes, choose Finish in the final dialog box:
- The configuration information remains the same. Choose Cancel and re-launch WorkFlows as the non-admin user.
- Offline Mode- Leave this box unchecked.
- Host Information- The host information will remain unchanged after the upgrade.
- Show this Window on next startup: Always check this option. Checking this box will ensure that the Configuration window opens each time you open the software.
- Once you re-launch WorkFlows, you may now login using your library's User ID: and PIN.
- To verify you have upgraded WorkFlows successfully, please go to Help > About and verify the version is 4.1.0.xxx
