Viewing and Updating Patron Last Activity Date
By clicking on the glossary icon or the line of dots under a patron's name in WorkFlows, staff can view patron details, including a last activity date. This date is used in the annual patron purge and several reports in BLUEcloud Analytics.

- Checking out an item
- Renewing an item
- Placing a hold
- Removing a hold
- Marking an item lost
- Billing a user
- Paying a bill
- Creating a user
- Logging into or taking actions in third-party services, such as:
- Ohio Digital Library/Libby
- Hoopla
- Communico
- Self-check machines
