The web-based Click & Collect Dashboard is used by library staff to process patron Click & Collect requests made from the SEO Libraries App.

- Library staff begins by logging into the staff dashboard and making sure it is Enabled
- If the dashboard is disabled, the patron cannot begin the Click & Collect process.
- Staff are now ready to monitor Click & Collect requests. Once the patron answers the necessary questions and taps "I'm on my way", staff will hear an audible chime and see the patron enter into the En route column.
- Staff can view the incoming item(s) by clicking on the down arrow. Once the items are successfully found on the hold shelf and pulled, staff can click Items Pulled. If any item was NOT found, staff can simply uncheck these items.
- Once the Item(s) are pulled, they will move to the Ready column and now staff await the patrons arrival. If the patrons fails to arrive for whatever reason, staff can re-shelve these items to cancel the Click & Collect process. This does not modify the hold in any way.
- Next, the patron will arrive at your library and tap "I'm here" and they will automatically move to the Arrived column. Staff can now see the patron responses to the questions, checkout the item(s) and communicate directly with the patron.
- Once the item is successfully checked out and are on their way to the patron's vehicle, they can click Done to complete the process.
