Library staff may choose to download the WorkFlows client prior to Monday morning (February 19th) to upgrade. Once the upgrade is complete, you cannot connect until the Symphony update is complete, Monday morning.
PRE-INSTALL NOTES: READ BEFORE INSTALLING THE CLIENT

Option #1 Upgrade Procedure - Download WorkFlows 4.1.0 File Manually
- Click the following link to download the Symphony client and choose Save if prompted:
- Once downloaded, right-click and choose Run as administrator.
- Once the executable launches, you will be prompted to choose how you would like to install WorkFlows. Choose Maintain or upgrade an existing instance and Next
- Choose Next through the installation
- Once the installation process completes, choose Finish in the final dialog box:
- The configuration windows will launch. You cannot connect to Symphony until the upgrade is complete on Monday, February 19th. Please choose Cancel and wait to re-launch WorkFlows until the upgrade is complete.
- Offline Mode- Leave this box unchecked.
- Host Information- The host information will remain unchanged after the upgrade.
- Show this Window on next startup: Always check this option. Checking this box will ensure that the Configuration window opens each time you open the software.
