Consortium Group Sorting

For libraries with multiple locations, the item-level holdings list will be sorted by consortium group. Now, if the station library does not own an item, but another library or libraries in consortium group owns the item, these items will be listed first.

In this example, the user is logged in at MCM, which belongs to the MERCER COUNTY consortium group. Even though MCM does not own this item, other libraries in the MERCER COUNTY consortium group do, so the group is weighted towards the top of the results.

User Address in User Search Result

The first 100 characters of the user address will now display in the user search screen. 

Item ID Glossary in Manage Hold Shelf Wizard

Users can now click the Item ID in the Manage Hold Shelf Wizard to view item details.

Fixed: Blank Web Browser Screen When Viewing Reports

Recent versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox include a change that causes XML and XSL report output from WorkFlows to display as blank screens in the browser. WorkFlows has been updated to prevent this problem, causing XML and XSL report output to display correctly in Chrome and Firefox.

Auto-cancelling of On-Order Holds

If the last acquisition order of a record is cancelled or removed, and there are no items attached to the record, WorkFlows will now delete all holds on the record.
