If permissions are not correctly set in the C:\%Program Files%\Sirsi\JWF directory; the offline mode session information of User access & Library will not populate.
If you are unable to select User access & Library; please follow this procedure.
Offline Session User access and Library not populating information:
- Ensure the permissions are correct in the C:\%Program Files%\Sirsi\JWF directory.
- Rename your Configure folder to Configure.old in the C:\%Program Files%\Sirsi\JWF directory
- Open and unzip the attached Configure.zip file and place this folder (drag & drop or copy & paste) in the \JWF directory
- Re-launch WorkFlows in offline mode and your User access and Library information should now be available in the drop-downs
