Folder Structure
There is a new folder named SEO NEW REPORTS. Please begin using these reports as they use the new features listed below. The SEO REPORTS folder will be visible until January 31, 2024.
The Open Office Hours Recording demonstrating the new reports is available at https://my.nicheacademy.com/seo/course/67541.
Important: Any subscriptions or personal views will need to be updated using a report from the SEO NEW REPORTS folder by January 31, 2024.
Personal Answers
For prompts referring to Item, User, or Library you will now have the option to save your answer. If saved, your response will be reflected in other reports that use the same prompt.
Attribute Prompts
Reports will now prompt you to decide which attributes you want to have displayed in your report.
Some attributes may have different names in WorkFlows. A list of BLUEcloud Analytics attribute names to WorkFlows Terms is listed at the end of this document.
Previous Day, Week, Month Filters in Report Options
Reports that displayed data for the previous day, week, or month have been combined. There will now be a prompt asking for the timeframe you want to be displayed.
In House Use Option in Circulation Reports
By default, circulation reports will no longer display in house use statistics. You will now be prompted to display this information. You can save your response as a personal answer.
BLUEcloud Analytics Attributes to WorkFlows Terms
Some attributes have different names in BLUEcloud Analytics than in WorkFlows.
