SEO has an enhanced self-registration form available through Enterprise. New features added in 2024!
With this new form, you will have the following options:
- Choice of Temporary card and/or Digital card
- Temporary Card: Provides an 8-digit card number and allows the user to place holds on physical items. This option is no different than the current self-registered cards currently provided. The user will have access to the Ohio Web Library. Access to your locally purchased digital content is at the discretion of the library.
- Digital Card: Provides a 14-digit card number. Ability to place holds on physical items is a library option (like the temporary cards). The user will have access to Ohio Web Library and Ohio Digital Library. Access to locally purchased content is encouraged and the vendor will need to be notified of the prefix these cards are using.
- Only allow registration to users with an Ohio address or limit registrations to a specific ZIP code.
- Customize the welcome page to display instructions for the user and resources that your library offers.
In addition to these options, the enhanced form includes:
