An E-mail Subscription is best for reports that are for Previous Day, Week or Month and reports that do not have a date chosen.
- Run the report you want to make the E-mail Subscription for.
- When it is finished, click on the down arrow beside Report Home.
- Click on Subscribe to.
- Click on E-mail. A box will open for you to schedule the E-mail Subscription.

- Use the dropdown in the Schedule field to choose when the report is to run.

- Click on To to add who is to get the report. Fill in Address Name, Physical Address, Device and click on Add To Recipients. Then click OK. More than one person can be added by following the same steps again.

- In the Send field we recommend using the Data in Email option.

- Use the drop down arrow to choose your Delivery Format.

- Reports with the PAGE-BY feature, the Expand Page-by Fields will need to be checked.


- The Subject line can be changed to reflect the report. It could also be used as the Name of your report.

- When done click OK to save all your choices.

- To find your E-mail Subscriptions click on the My Subscriptions icon. It will list any subscription that you have.


- If changes need made to your subscription, click the Edit icon under the Action column to make changes to how it is scheduled or who it is to go to.

- To make changes within the report, click on the Personalize icon under the Action column.
