Weekly, SEO updates patron accounts for e-mail addresses that have been marked as Do Not Contact in Patron Point. Below is a table of common Do Not Contact Reasons as well as the action to take to re-enable the patron to receive e-mail notices.

- Apply the following actions only if the patron wants to continue receiving notices and if the email address reported as bounced is verified as the correct address.
- If the email address is different, update the email address and notify by preference, then delete the NOTE.
- If the patron no longer wants to receive email notifications, delete the NOTE.

Other than the 'domain: typofix', staff should not re-add the patron e-mail address and update Notify By until the ticket has been resolved by library staff. Once the ticket is resolved, the e-mail address and Notify By can be updated. Do not forgot to remove the bounced note.
