How to Search Die-Cuts in Enterprise

This document will show you how to search for SEO-owned Die-Cuts in Enterprise.


If you know the shape/object you want; the best way to search for it in the Enterprise (public view) catalog is to search All Libraries, All Fields and enter the description and the words die cut in the space provided; then click Search. Here’s an example: 

If there is more than one matching result, a results list will appear (see example below). If there is only one matching title record, the screen will default to the detailed display. All the records for SEO-owned die cuts have the words die cut as the first part of the title: 

You can view an image of the die cut by clicking on the URL labelled Electronic Access. Once clicked, a new window will open and display the image:

Return to the browser window for the catalog to view the detailed display which can be accessed by clicking on a title in the results list. The URL for the image is also available here. It is labelled Enhanced Digital Content: 
Expand the Item Availability pane for item record information:
