1. In WorkFlows, click on the Display User wizard.
2. Search for the user by inputting the User ID or using the User Search helper.
3. Click on the Holds tab.
4. If Display Options is not showing, you may need to scroll in the window down:
5. In Type of hold change to All to view old and current holds or Inactive to view old holds.
Holds will remain for 90 days after they have been filled or cancelled.
